Hoya Announce 2 New Filter Ranges: UK Exclusive

Two brand new ranges of filter have been announced by Hoya, and both ranges are UK exclusives 

ULTRA-PRO

These new filters are the new top end consumer filters and are both stain and scratch resistant, along with being oil and water repellent, too. With an astounding 16 layers of anti-reflective coating on both the UV and Circular Polarisers, these new filters promise impressive light transmission of 99.5% [for the UV] and 90% [for the CPL].

The new Ultra-Pro filters are available in Circular Polariser and UV from 37mm through to 82mm.

Prices start from £44.99 for the 37mm UV filter and the 82mm CPL comes with an RRP of £284.99.

Next up is the NX-10 in Hoya range, which is aimed at both the beginner and serious enthusiast photographer. The new UV filter features 10 layers of coating that offers a light transmission of 98% and is also oil and water repellent, whereas The CPL filter is uncoated.

The new NX-10 filters are available in Circular Polariser and UV in 37mm to 82mm.

RRP from £19.99 for the 37mm UV filter, to £125.99 for the 82mm CPL.
