Lexar Global Photo Contest Launches with Partners 500px

Memory mega-brand, Lexar, has partnered with the photo-platform 500px to launch the pair’s first photography competition entitled, ‘Lexar Global Photo Contest’. This inaugural programme will carry a theme of ‘Nature’s Amazing Landscapes’ and open for both amateur and professional photographers

Lexar Global Photo Contest

All entries need to be presented via the dedicated 500px contest web pages, and can be submitted anytime between March 1st to March 15th 2019 in accordance with guidelines and competition rules. Winners and finalists will be in with a chance to share up to $15K in cash prizes and receive Lexar Professional memory products. They will also be in with the chance to have their work featured at the Lexar Photography Exhibition during the Grand Opening of the Memory History Museum in Zhongshan, China on April 27th, 2019, where it will remain on display for one whole year!

Mike Chen, President of Lexar, said: “We’re excited to create a competition that brings together the photography community to share the marvels of landscapes across the globe. Lexar seeks to give a platform to photographers from around the world to display their unique talent and share their vision on a global scale, and our partnership with 500px allows us to make it possible.”

Grand prize winners [x2] will win a cash prize of $5,000 [USD] and 1TB of Lexar Professional memory cards or SSD products.
Best of Show winners [x5] will win a cash prize of $1,000 [USD] and 512GB of Lexar Professional memory cards or SSD products.
All winning photographers’ works will be exhibited at the Lexar Photography Exhibition at the Memory History Museum in Zhongshan.
