Go 2 App & Editor

The GO 2’s partner app will allow users to preview footage in real-time using WiFi. It’s also possible to modify settings on the go. The app also comes with a full editor to sharpen up content simply and quickly. You can even edit directly over WiFi without downloading the footage. Neat!

FlashCut 2.0. auto-edits your footage into a story, showcasing the ‘best’ moments, editing them in time to your chosen music. Users can pick from a selection of preset editing templates, which includes themes like sports, travel or pets, or just select your favourite shots and let FlashCut take care of the rest. Either way, you get a slick edit that’s ready to share instantly.

Wide Angle Shots

Although the GO 2’s lens is tiny, it will shoot super-wide. Yes, wide but not in 360 degrees. That’s perhaps the one thing that’s slightly misleading about the GO 2; unlike Insta360’s flagship devices, like the Insta360 ONE X2, it’s not a 360/VR camera. Not a crime, but worth clarifying.
