Honor 8X Smartphone Unveiled with Super Night Shot Photo-Mode
Honor has unveiled the new Honor 8X smartphone. A feature-heavy device with great imaging capabilities and all at just £229!
Honor, a leading smartphone e-brand and sister brand to the all-mighty Huawei, has launched the newest and most convincing addition to its X-Series; the Honor 8X.
Announced as a pivotal landmark in the Honor series, the new handset has a 6.5″ Notch FullView Display with a 91% screen-to-body-ratio. So it’s great for viewing. See below for further highlights.

The Honor 8X comes loaded with a dual-lens 20mp and 2mp rear along with 16mp front-facing cameras. As we’ve become accustomed to with Huawei smartphones, these Honor cameras also come with AI technology, which can identify 22 different categories and up to 500 scenarios all in real-time. The AI tech prioritises the camera settings, improving photo-quality depending on the users subject.

Night Shooting Mode
The new night shooting mode, which is powered by the onboard AI technology promises to eliminate blurred pictures when shooting under a maximum 6-second exposure, even with unsteady or wobbly hands.
The new Honor device has 128GB ROM and can sustain expandable microSD cards up to 400GB. The user interface EMUI 8.2 keeps the system running smoothly and also brings new features such as facial recognition [in low light] and augmented reality [AR] capabilities.
It also highlights intelligent power saving tech coupled with a 3750mAh battery, which can last for more than a day on a single charge.
