#TheMeasure: Hands-on with the Pica Pod and Snap Grip

Did Pica Gear just invent the most versatile mounting/stabilisation accessory for photographers and filmmakers, ever?

After seeing the Pica Pod and [then soon to be released] Snap Grip from Pica Gear, we were keen to try these bad boys out for real. Made from tried and tested military-grade materials, and featuring the same Picatinny rail system that’s used on rifle mounts; the Pica Pod means business! Pair that with the new and completely adaptable Snap Grip, and you have an extendable system that can likely solve any mounting scenario for run & gun videographers, vloggers and photographers. Watch our short film to hear our thoughts and to see them in action.
